Are you guys members of points places or survey sites? You know, the sites where you either buy things, answer surveys or open emails for points. I am a
member of a few but I'm really getting tired of doing them. I really dont get much of out of them other than items I would not normally buy or tiny amounts
of cash. I just left one place because I missed the due date to claim my $30 & lost the money.
So what about you? Do you do surveys or open emails for points or money?

I'm a member of SocialSplash - you just earn points and you can cash them in and get gift cards or an MP3 player.
Jo, which website did you miss the $30? I've been looking for websites like that but I haven't found any.

There are websites you can sign up for that promise cash, gift cards or other gifts in exchange for you opening emails answering surveys, playing games or doing other things. Mypoints is a good one, I only do emails & usually save up to get Amazon or chain-restaurant gift cards. I also do Zoompanel. They email members surverys to do & you earn points then pick something out of their catalog. Theres a couple others I do, but wonder if they are worth doing. Ive been too lazy to do surveys or I dont qualify for the ones I do want to do. Basically, I end up wasting more time than getting rewards. I'll be dropping them after I get my gift card cuz its getting tedious now
I know people who have really good experiences doing surveys & emails but I dont seem to have that luck. The email ones are easier for me but not much reward or it takes too long to get anything. Shannon, it was sendmoreinfo. I was due $ but missed my claim date so I didnt get the money & I dropped them  Oh well.

Thanks Jo, aww that sucks!! Did you take surveys at the website or did they e-mail the surveys to you?
It's so hard to find a good survey site - I never know if they are just trying to get my personal info or what!! LOL

I agree with you & that always crosses my mind. The surveys I get are at their site but they email you the links. My MIL is a member of a really good one
that pays 10-30 bucks per survey but membership is by invitation only. The ones I have a nowhere near as good so I'm gonna dump them. I can't be
bothered anymore

I am a member of many survey sites, however I only belong to sites that pay money or gifts. I have done VERY well on some sitesand I made somewhere in the area
of $2000 last year from them. It takes me tons of time but I do find it is worth it. I also do many focus groups that can pay upto $100 per survey. Thiose can
take anywhere from an hour upto a week. I did one for AOL that paid $200 and one for zoompanel that paid $500.
